1. Eligibility
The “Ultimate Table Saw Safety Giveaway!” (the “Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Residents of Hawaii and Alaska are not eligible. Employees, officers, and directors of Microjig, Inc. (“Sponsor”), and its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, partners, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) or members of the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter or win.
By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Microjig, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited.
2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 AM EST on June 23, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on June 27, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
- Subscribe to the Microjig Insider newsletter at www.microjig.com/newsletter.
- Follow Microjig on social media (Instagram and TikTok).
- Tag two (2) friends in the comments on the official giveaway post on Instagram or TikTok.
Limit one entry per household. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Microjig.
4. Drawing and Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Drawing will occur on or around June 30, 2025. The winner will be notified by email or social media DM. If the winner does not respond within five (5) days, an alternate winner may be selected.
5. Prize/Approximate Retail Value (ARV)
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:
- (1) SawStop Compact Table Saw – ARV $900
- (4) GRR-RIPPER 2GO Pushblocks – ARV $140
- Microjig Swag Pack (Hat, Shirt, Sticker Set) – ARV $50
Total Approximate Retail Value: $1,090.00
No cash or other prize substitutions allowed except at Microjig’s sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable. Winner is responsible for any federal, state, and/or local taxes.
6. Winner Annoucement
The winner will be announced on Microjig’s social media channels and via email on or around June 30, 2025. The winner’s name may also be posted at www.microjig.com.
7. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree:
- To be bound by these rules.
- To release and hold harmless Microjig, its affiliates, and its representatives from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage arising from participation or use of the prize.
- To allow the use of their name, likeness, or submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8. Limitations of Liability
Microjig is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or misdirected entries, or technical failures of any kind. Microjig reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
9. Disputes
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any legal proceedings shall take place in a court of competent jurisdiction in Orange County, Florida. Entrants waive the right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or attorney’s fees.
