Limited Lifetime Warranty (GR-100+ only)
Coverage: Microjig guarantees that the grip of the Grr-ripper+ product will be free from defects in material and quality for the lifetime of the product under normal use. This warranty extends to all grip-related failures, ensuring full functionality throughout its use.
Extended Warranty: All other components of the Grr-ripper+ are protected under a three-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials and quality.
Warranty Claims: If you experience an issue with your Grr-ripper+, contact Microjig customer service. Simply provide proof of purchase for warranty claims and register your warranty. We aim to resolve problems quickly and effectively through repair, replacement, or refund, as appropriate.
Limitations: This warranty does not cover damages from misuse, abuse, or modifications. The liability of Microjig under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts and does not include any responsibility for incidental or consequential damages.
Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
