At our discretion we reserve the right to modify, amplify, add, remove or otherwise modify portions of these Terms of Use at any time. General Provisions

By visiting this site you agree that the Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law, and that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Seminole County, Florida and you hereby consent and submit to the venue and personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of such action. If any provision of these Terms of Use shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms of Use and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL MICRO JIG BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN RELATION TO THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR USE OF OR YOUR INABILITY TO USE MICRO JIG CONTENT OR SERVICES. MICRO JIG ENTIRE LIABILITY AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY SHALL BE AT MICRO JIG’S OPTION. EITHER RETURN OF THE FEES PAID FOR ANY CONTENT OR SERVICES, OR REPLACEMENT OF CONTENT AND SERVICES TO YOUR SATISFACTION.

User's Duties

You will not use this app or web site to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.

You grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any IP content that you post on or in connection with Micro Jig (IP License). This IP License ends when you delete your IP content or your account unless your content has been shared with others, and they have not deleted it.
Micro Jig has the right to block or remove any inappropriate content at its sole discretion.

Registration and Account Security

The Micro Jig website may allow users to “log in.” Users shall provide their real names and information, and we need your help to keep it that way. Here are some commitments you make to us relating to registering and maintaining the security of your account:

You will not provide any false personal information, or create an account for anyone other than yourself without permission.
You will not create more than one personal account.
If we disable your account, you will not create another one without our permission.
You will not use this app if you are under 13.
You will keep your contact information accurate and up-to-date.
You will not transfer your account (including any Page or application you administer) to anyone without first getting our written permission.
If you select a username or similar identifier for your account or Page, we reserve the right to remove or reclaim it if we believe it is appropriate (such as when a trademark owner complains about a username that does not closely relate to a user’s actual name).
If you are injured or sustain damages due to another user, we are not liable in any way.

Unless otherwise expressly authorized herein, you agree not to display, distribute, license, perform, publish, reproduce, duplicate, copy, create derivative works, modify, sell, resell, exploit, transfer or upload for any commercial purposes, any portion of the site. All rights not expressly granted to you above, including ownership and title, are reserved for the owner and not transferred or licensed to you.
Micro Jig has the right to use third party programs, servers, or databases to manage user log in and account information.

Restrictions

You agree not to copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, reverse assemble or otherwise attempt to discover any source code, sell, assign, sublicense, or otherwise transfer any right in the Software. Except as expressly authorized by Micro Jig, you agree as well not to modify, copy, frame, scrape, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the Service. In connection with your use of the Service you will not engage in or use any data mining, robots, scraping or similar data gathering or extraction methods. Any use of the Service or the Service Content other than as specifically authorized herein is strictly prohibited. The technology and software underlying the Service or distributed in connection therewith is the property of Micro Jig. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Micro Jig.

The Micro Jig name and logos are trademarks and service marks of Micro Jig, Inc. Other Micro Jig products and services names and logos used and displayed via the Service may be trademarks or service marks of their respective owners who may or may not endorse or be affiliated with or connected to Micro Jig. Nothing in this Terms of Service or the Service should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppels, or otherwise, any license or right to use any of Micro Jig trademarks displayed on the Service, without our prior written permission in each instance. All goodwill generated from the use of Micro Jig trademarks will inure to our exclusive benefit.

Submission

Any information or materials you transmit, upload or otherwise submit to our site including, without limitation, comments, ratings, reviews, postings to chat, email messages or any other materials or any creative suggestions, ideas, notes, drawings, concepts or other information sent to us via our website and/or mobile application or other means of transmission or delivery, shall be collectively referred to as “Submissions”. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to refuse access to the site or services provided through it, terminate accounts and usage rights, edit or remove content or Submissions (as defined above) and cancel orders or requests for materials made through the site.

Forums and Public Communication

With the term “Forum” this may include a chat area, message board, e-mail function, blog or any other function that allows you to transmit or submit material to our site for any purpose. Where the Forum is provided on a site other than our site, you will be bound by the terms of service and privacy policy of the site you have linked to. Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement

Pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), notifications of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to the Service Provider’s Designated Agent.

Other Considerations

Before using Micro Jig’s shopping cart, we encourage you to read our return policy. Our Product warranty is 1-year against manufacturer defects. Transfer of ownership happens once product is shipped from our fulfillment center. We have the right to cancel orders and refund funds at anytime prior to shipment. We have a right to refuse business to anyone shopping at our site. Once you receive your product, you are completely responsible for proper use, reading the instructions, and exercising prudent usage and reading and following any instructions on third-party powertools or machinery in the conjunction of use with our products.

Our site may provide information on other third party products not originating from Micro Jig. It is the user‘s duty to do their due diligence to ensure they are properly using their machinery/products in accordance to manufacturer suggested usage.

We may endorse other bloggers and personalities on this site but what they do and say does not make them a representative of company policies or correct practices – although we go to great lengths to ensure the use and show our product in proper use. We are not responsible for any damages caused by their incorrect usage or advice given. We will also share user reviews and third-party content – each are to be examined independently and do not reflect the policy of the parent company but are meant to be useful and informative and entertaining.

We may also link to third party authorized dealers to resell our product. You are subject to their terms and conditions if you purchase from them or visit their site. Our terms and conditions do not transfer to any third party sites.
