SHAPER CAPABILITY. ROUTER-TABLE FOOTPRINT.
The Sauter OFL3.0 Pivoting Router Lift — exclusively from MicroJig — tilts your existing bits to any angle from –5° to +50°, with snap-in presets at the angles you use most. Straight bits cut chamfers, profile bits multiply into new shapes, and splines land at the exact angle of your staves. Everything a standard lift does, then so much more. Precision German engineering.
Microjig Founder and inventor, Henry Wang, started out in his garage workshop in the late 90s. Faced with the challenge of cutting thin strips on a table saw, he sought to create a solution to cut small parts safely, accurately, and consistently. After countless engineering hours and dozens of prototypes, the Grr-ripper® pushblock was born.

Three directions of force.
Three directions of force provide essential stability for superior precision, safety, and control.
- Downward pressure stabilizes work piece on a flat surface.
- Inward pressure against the fence virtually eliminates kickback.
- Forward pressure feeds stock consistently through the cut to eliminate burning and blade marks.

Cut a reversed dovetail groove in one part
A single pass routes the reversed dovetail groove — the standard dovetail profile, flipped upside down. MicroJig's patented Radius Flair at the top of the cutter leaves smooth cut edges with virtually no tear out, so the groove comes off the router clean and ready to fit.
The Grr-ripper+™ provides downward and inward pressure, keeping both sides of the cut parallel to the blade. This prevents the workpiece from straying from the rip fence, virtually eliminating kickback.
Create your own clamp tracks.
With MatchFit, you're not confined to pre-set clamp positions. Carve out your custom dovetail tracks on any wooden surface, enhancing your hold-down capabilities where you need them most. The Dovetail Track System gives you all the functionality of T-track, in less time and at a fraction of the cost.
Seamless dovetail integration: All MatchFit clamps slide into any 1/2" x 14º dovetail groove, transforming your setup into a unified clamping haven for unmatched efficiency.

Precision made simple.

Designed for easy use.

Set your angle. Start creating.

One kit. Ready to route.

Set for your next cut.

Precision at every angle.
Take control of every cut with precise angle adjustment from -5° to +50°. The OFL3.0 lets you position your router exactly where you need it, making it easier to achieve clean, consistent results across a wide range of angled routing applications. Whether you're creating bevels, grooves, splines, or other specialty cuts, you get the control and repeatability your projects demand.

Go beyond straight cuts.
Your router table can now do much more than straight 90° cuts. With the OFL3.0, simply pivot the router to the angle you need and unlock new possibilities for your everyday router bits. Create angled chamfers, matching spline cuts, drawer pulls, and other specialty profiles without investing in a dedicated tilting machine.

Make every angle possible.
Give your router table the flexibility to tackle projects from a whole new perspective. The OFL3.0 pivots from -5° to +50°, allowing you to dial in the angle required for your project with precision. From subtle bevels to more demanding angled cuts, you can expand what your existing router bits can accomplish—all with one versatile system.
Use it around your whole shop.

Got questions?
Will it fit my router table?
If your table has a standard 11-3/4" × 9-1/4" plate opening, yes — commercial or shop-built. The machined-aluminum insert plate includes leveling screws to sit dead flush with your table.
Does it do everything a normal router lift does?
Yes. The OFL3.0 performs every function of a standard premium lift — fast, accurate height adjustment with secure locking and 3.94" (100mm) of travel. Then it does the thing no standard lift can: pivot the bit up to 50°.
Is a router motor included?
Yes. The lift comes as a complete system — a 2 HP variable-speed router motor running 3,500 to 30,000 RPM, with 1/4" and 1/2" collets and the wrenches to use them.
How do I set an angle?
Snap-in presets lock in the angles you use most — 15°, 22.5°, 30°, and 45°. For everything else across the –5° to +50° range, the vernier scale dials in any angle quickly and accurately.
Do I need special bits?
No — that's the point. Tilting multiplies the bits you already own: straight bits cut chamfers and angled grooves, profile bits produce new shapes at every angle, and slot cutters make spline joints at the exact angle of your work.
What are the three throat plates for?
They're magnetic, and they keep the opening matched to the work — swap between straight and tilted operations in seconds. Set flat with the lift, they turn your table into a true precision milling surface.
What about dust collection?
The under-mounted dust shield beneath the lift, along with the dust post on the Mast-R-Fence, combine to capture dust at the source.
Why is this only available from MicroJig?
MicroJig is the exclusive US distributor of Sauter's pivoting router lift — precision German engineering, available in the US only at microjig.com and through this page.
How do bit changes work when the lift is tilted?
The lift travels forward and back to keep the bit centered in the throat opening at any angle, so bit changes and adjustments stay just as easy as on a standard lift. Tilt and travel setups are tool-free.
