Will ZeroPlay Fit My Saw?

The ZP750 ZEROPLAY Miter Bar is designed to fit all standard 3/4" (19.05mm) miter slots that are at least 5/16” (8mm) deep. Every miter slot is slightly different in size so the ZEROPLAY Bar is actually two pieces that slide against each other at an angle, allowing for very precise fitting to your slot. The ZEROPLAY rides at the top of the miter slot so it works with both “U” shaped and “T” shaped slots.

It can be very quickly and easily adjusted from a minimum of 0.72” (18.3mm) to a maximum of 0.78” (19.8mm). This covers virtually all table saws, router tables, bandsaws disc sanders and similar equipment with a standard miter slot. It does not fit the 5/8” (15.9mm) miter slots that are sometimes found on discount machines, and it does not work with machines that have tabs molded in along the top edge of the miter slot.

You do need to keep in mind that while the ZEROPLAY Miter Bar works in “U” and “T” shaped miter slots, the ZEROPLAY Stop has tabs that fit into the “T” part of the slot, so they do not work in “U” shaped miter slots. But most saws have miter slots with the wider “T” section at the bottom.

The ZEROPLAY miter bars can be adjusted to fit pretty much any standard 3/4" (19.05mm) miter slot so it should be your first choice when building your sleds. Use one for smaller ones like our Utility Sled, and two for larger projects. One ZEROPLAY in each miter slot for crosscut sleds and two in line for wider panel cutting sleds.
