The world's safest pushblock
The Grr-ripper® Pro 3D Pushblock offers the same level of precision, safety, and control as the original, but with two additional accessories for even more grip and versatility. It’s the safest push block in the world, now made even safer with the new SafeRip Kit.
Microjig Founder and inventor, Henry Wang, started out in his garage workshop in the late 90s. Faced with the challenge of cutting thin strips on a table saw, he sought to create a solution to cut small parts safely, accurately, and consistently. After countless engineering hours and dozens of prototypes, the Grr-ripper® pushblock was born.

Three directions of force.
Three directions of force provide essential stability for superior precision, safety, and control.
- Downward pressure stabilizes work piece on a flat surface.
- Inward pressure against the fence virtually eliminates kickback.
- Forward pressure feeds stock consistently through the cut to eliminate burning and blade marks.

Virtually eliminates kickback on table saws.
Kickback occurs when the workpiece strays from the fence and gets pinched between the saw blade and the fence. The rear teeth of the blade grab the workpiece, turning it into a dangerous projectile. The only way to avoid kickback is to maintain control of your workpiece through the entire cut.
The Grr-ripper+™ provides downward and inward pressure, keeping both sides of the cut parallel to the blade. This prevents the workpiece from straying from the rip fence, virtually eliminating kickback.
Create your own clamp tracks.
With MatchFit, you're not confined to pre-set clamp positions. Carve out your custom dovetail tracks on any wooden surface, enhancing your hold-down capabilities where you need them most. The Dovetail Track System gives you all the functionality of T-track, in less time and at a fraction of the cost.
Seamless dovetail integration: All MatchFit clamps slide into any 1/2" x 14º dovetail groove, transforming your setup into a unified clamping haven for unmatched efficiency.

Rip without stopping and burning.
Using two Grr-rippers allows you to feed long stock continuously without stopping, virtually eliminating burning and blade marks caused by inconsistent feed rate. Parts come off the saw ready to use with little to no additional sanding or planning.

Setting up the Wave Bit on therouter table usinga straight edge.
Set the router table fence flush with thesetup ring on the bit. Hold a straight edge acrossthe throat openingand move the fence until the straight edge contacts the setupring at the top of theWave Bit.
Align all your stock with thecolor and grain as you want it to glue up. Mark aline across the top face of the parts to keep them oriented during cutting and glue up.

Milling using the Wave Bit on the router table
Set the router to 12,000 rpm and mill allthe edges to be glued.Mill the firstpart with the mark facing up, thesecond part with the mark down, the third up, etc. to maintain your grain choices.
Flip the parts so the marks made earlier are all on top, apply a light coat of glue toeach joint and clamp them together. The wave profilewill keep the faces of allthe parts flat as you clamp them.

Zero Guesswork with 30% more glue surfacevs. butt joints
TheWave Bit makes it easy to create everything from cuttingboards to stair treads, to any sort of panel you may need, strengthening your glue jointsand keeping your glue ups flat.
Thebit only removes about 0.10" (2.5mm) from each joint so the cut is easy to make and saves material.

Turn glue lines into design lines.
The Decorative Wave profile makes the joint part ofthe look. Laminate contrasting speciesand every glue linebecomes a flowingwave pattern — serving boards, trivets, stands, andrisers that show off the joinery instead of hiding it.

Set up once, cut all day.
TheCenter Platform pairs with the FitFinder 1/2 Gauge to center the cutteron your stock, and the Fence Boss setup ring registers your fence fast.
With capacity from 1/4” (6mm) to 1-1/4” (32mm), one bit covers small decorative strips throughfull-thickness panels.
Use it around your whole shop.

Got questions?
Why plastic?
The GRR-RIPPER is made of specially formulated high-impact plastics for good reason. It maintains its shape and rigidity, but also absorbs force if it makes contact with the blade. In other words, it won’t shatter or break your wrist.
I cut into my GRR-RIPPER now what?
Every part of the GRR-RIPPER is individually replaceable, and compatible with all GRR-RIPPER models. Browse and swap out any damaged part with a replacement.
Will the GRR-RIPPER trip the sensor on my Sawstop?
No. The plastic material will not trigger the safety mechanism on Sawstop saws.
My GRR-RIPPER doesn’t seem as grippy as it used to - what gives?
Over time, dust and other contaminants can build up and compromise the effectiveness of the Green GRR-RIP material. Cleaning the gripping surface with denatured alcohol should restore your GRR-RIPPER to its original glorious grippy-ness. In rare cases, prolonged exposure to sunlight can damage the gripping material, so keep it out of direct sunlight.
Will the GRR-RIPPER work on my table saw?
It will work on any standard table saw with a fence and a blade.
Can I use the GRR-RIPPER with the blade guard on my table saw?
The GRR-RIPPER passes over the blade so there can’t be anything in the way. Don’t worry, the GRR-RIPPER is your moving blade guard.
Why would I need two GRR-RIPPERs?
We recommend using two GRR-RIPPERs when cutting stock longer than your table saw top. In order for the GRR-RIPPER to work properly, it needs to be on top of the material, with the material on the table top. If you stop feeding material to reposition your GRR-RIPPER, the saw blade will leave blade marks and burning. With two GRR-RIPPERs, you can feed stock continuously using the hand-over-hand method, resulting in better cut quality.
I have missing parts for my GRR-RIPPER, what do I do?
We’re so sorry about that. Please call 1-855-RIP-SAFE (747-7233) or contact us here with the missing parts and the quantity you need.
What is the widest board the GRR-RIPPER will cut on a table saw?

Where can I buy the GRR-RIPPER in Australia?
Please take a look at our Find a Retailer page and scroll to the bottom and click “International Retailers” to see a list of our Australian dealers near you. Many outside retailers also offer shipping to Australia.
How does the SafeRip cursor work?
Once your rip fence is set to the desired cut, simply adjust the Center Leg of your GRR-RIPPER so that the measurement you are cutting is NOT underneath the orange cursor on the GRR-RIPPER that is facing you.
For example, if your rip fence is set to 1-1/8” (29mm), the 1-1/8” (29mm) mark on the back of the GRR-RIPPER should be to the right of the orange cursor.
The cursor automatically accounts for the blade width and works on both side of the Center Leg, so when making a 2-1/2” (64mm) rip cut, the 2-1/2” (64mm) mark should be to the left of the orange cursor and the blade will pass safely to the left of the Center Leg.
