DYNAMIC TABLE SAW SLED
The ZeroPlay 360 Sled Kit combines the ease and accuracy of ZeroPlay Miter Bars with the versatility of MatchFit Dovetail Hardware. The kit includes (1) ZeroPlay Miter Bar and (4) sets of 1-½” MatchFit Dovetail Track Screws. Works with MatchFit Dovetail Clamps. Fits any standard 3/4” x 3/8” T-Track Miter Slots. Dovetail router bit not included.
The defining feature and flaw of aftermarket miter bars are one in the same - set screws. Frustrated with the difficulty of fitting miter bars with set screws, Founder and inventor, Henry Wang, set out to change it. He conceived a method of adjustment based on opposing wedges, that adjusted the entire bar evenly in a single motion. Ultimate Material Control
Add MATCHFIT Dovetail Clamps to secure material when cutting tricky angles. For instance, tapered legs are typically cut at a deep angle, and needs to be secured very close to the blade.
You don’t want your hands anywhere near that cut. Dovetail Clamps secure the material for you, keeping your hands safely clear of the blade.
